The directors and management team are active members of The Water Management Society and have many years of proactive experience and are committed to the provision of total compliance and ensuring that all aspects of the business meet the everchanging demands of commerce and industry. All works are carried out according to our documented quality procedures. We are currently working to achieve ISO 9001 & 14001 accreditation, which will assist us in the further development of our evolving quality systems.
The company undertakes water management & hygiene services within numerous business environments, including building services & facilities management, residential & daycare homes, specialist healthcare facilities, dental & doctors surgeries, hospitals (NHS & private), pre-school facilities, schools, colleges & universities, ministry of defense properties & facilities, pharmaceutical facilities (dispensing & production), sports & fitness centres, industrial process & production facilities, serviced office facilities, utility service providers (gas, water & electricity), banking & insurance, landlord owned & managed properties, retail facilities (including shopping malls), council and local government, central government and specialist service providers.
We offer pre-contract site surveys and reports of various water systems and services, typically for mechanical & electrical and facilities management contractors.
Risk assessments for the control of legionella bacteria in building water systems, open evaporative and adiabatic cooling systems.
Bespoke written scheme of control, water management logbooks, planned preventative maintenance schedule implementation, compliance checks, audit and review services.
Bespoke sampling from all water systems for full bacteriological analysis including legionella bacteria (rapid legionella testing available on request), total viable count, coliform, E.Coli, and bespoke chemical analysis for cooling waters, boiler water, closed low-temperature hot water heating, and chilled water cooling systems.
Provision of bespoke chemicals and online dosing and control services tailored to the individual system and client’s specifications.
Refurbishment and replacement of water services fixtures and fitting including cold water storage tanks / calorifiers / water heaters and the proactive removal of dead legs and unused water services and apparatus.

All works described above are undertaken in conjunction with current legislation (ACoP L8) and associated guidance document (HSG 274 parts one, two, and three), BS8050-1 2019, HTM 04-01 and various other trade and professional reference guides (CIBSE, BSRIA).
